I configured a VoIP service through the OBiTALK Approved Service Provider (ASP) page, but the status is still showing "Service Not Configured".
The Service Provider might still be in the process of authorizing your payment. When the payment clears, the OBi's status should show 'Registered', and you will be able to make and receive calls.
